Lot 1281, Villa D'Amour

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Non-halal items containing alcohol, pork and lard are not permitted on the premises. Please note that advanced payment is required at least 2 days prior to check in. Your booking will not be confirmed until this payment is made. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. For last minute bookings (made on the same day as check-in date), please allow a 2-hour preparation of the house and facilities. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Quiet hours are between 00:00:00 and 07:00:00. In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of MYR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded by bank transfer if there's no damage to the property upon inspection after check-out.
